From fitness to food, here’s how I’m preparing to run the Boston Marathon.
This spring, I’m running my second consecutive Boston Marathon, one of the biggest and most exciting races of my career. In the weeks and months leading up to the race, I’ll be sharing some personal tricks for how to best prepare. I’ll go over everything — from the exercises you should be doing, to the meals you should be cooking, to the gear you should be using.
